Well according to all the reports there is very little oil coming out of Iraq and there is not likely to be much without huge spending to upgrade the infrastructure.
So much for your theory costic.
I have said all along that Saudi Arabia was the main problem but tactically it was easier for the US to start with Iraq in it's plan to reform the middle east.
