They have made their choice - I am convinced that 10 years time it will be worth double, not because of the fact that it is property, but well situate, close to City and River.

Penny0 - it would be difficult if the prices were pitched where you said - but they would move further out if need be - but they found a great place at a damn good price - so have the maturity to relent on something. By the way I have made a few posts about how the public purse could help with its policies, even foregoing the temporary benefits of negative gearing. No response I note. All the criticism in the world but few constructive suggesions. You strike me as a knocker for the sake of it.
