    The plant is estimated to cost about $180M to build. If its funded by a power company (as its been alluded) then payback period for the power company will be about 18 - 24 months.

    Not sure how much ESI will contribute towards the construction costs.

    ESI just needs to sell the concept to a power company...should they succeed, then ESI will be rewarded bigtime.

    ESI will NOT fail in this venture....IF and only IF they can source funding for this project (either directly or indirectly).
