If a number of large shareholders believe that unsubstantiated claims are being made then I can't see why there wouldn't be grounds to collectively start our own legal action, it wouldn't cost each of us much and I am sure we would see the end of the nonsense we have seen lately. Maybe there is someone on this thread that is a lawyer that might be able to help.
I, for one, would be prepared to contribute if it came to that. My investment in ARL is many hundreds of thousands of $'s and the daily fluctuation in share price (especially over the last 2 days) would amount to more than what my contribution would need to be. Just saying !!
