dad was 60% shares 40% cash which is ridiculously high for a retiree but has benefited from this bull market. took a lot of convincing to switch the percentage around. suggested reducing to 30% shares 70% cash. this was 3 weeks ago, can you believe it takes amp 2 weeks to make that change due to royal comission.
