absolute confusion and anger

It would seem that there is much confusion regarding the monitoring status for vehicles...as stated on numerous car forums....

I just paid $400 2 weeks ago for 12 months monitoring.
What a joke!

Rang Quiktrak and have been advised they are still monitoring untill further notice.
ATM it is in the hands of the aministrators & I should give them a call tomorrow...


I'd also check with Dept Of Fair Trading (DFT) to ascertain if Quiktrak knew that they were in financial difficulty 2 weeks ago in order to make a claim. If u r in Sydney, Murray Wilton on Talk-Back 2GB frequently has one the heads of DFT between 7pm and 9pm. You can jump the queue by calling them on radio at the same time.
