it is underperforming at 0.08c div and assuming market accepts div return of 3.33% SP should be $4.57.
SP bing $3.40 rate of return is appox 4.5%...........its good return considering banks pay half of that......not so bad.
Also what exposure does TLS have to Corona Virus.....infact they should be able to capitalise on such threats where people don't travel, holiday etc.....TELCOS can still connect peoples.
