Does the announcement absolutely have to be made before the end of this week, a legal requirement?
Also, good point on the mid-Jan start date, I believe Mr Reich took the driving seat on the 13th of Jan. That being said however, if there was a 6 month probation, which there isn't, not as far as I'm aware, Mr Reich would be more than a quarter through this now. At $800,000 salary is it too early to expect an announcement of any kind, new plans, strategy, change in direction?
Also, at the end of this week, there are 4 months left in the financial year, one can only hope sales are high and ideas are brewing in the ideas-pot.
