AFR: "Bid 'undervalues' HealiusTop five Healius shareholder Harris Associates, which controls just over 5 per cent of the company, told the Financial Review: "We believe the offer from Partners Group is opportunistic and undervalues Healius."
Harris was actively selling down Healius in August last year at ranges around $3-$3.20, when they previously made the exact same public comment at the time of the Jangho bid ($3.25) last Jan.
