scary how little knowledge some investors have when it comes to principal selling. noone knows the value of the company better than the CEO if he has offloaded his position at $1.35 it is a sign he thinks that is fair value for his shares. yes it went over $2 but he is prinicpal so would not have been able to sell given he would have been in a window. Plain and simple this is going under $1.
