You must remember,what they are proposing goes deeply against the American psyche.The voter backlash will be huge,thats why McCain,as a conservative, has to put his 2c worth in,even if in the end it makes no difference.This is a country where free handouts are pure evil.They are the wealthiest country in the world yet they have no age pension,unemployment benefits or socialised medicine.
