Having read the corrections report I suspect this will be long, drawn out and messy. A lifetime in the industry leads me to feel both that Decmil is more right than wrong (the report is almost cliched in it's owner/contractor blame allocation) and that we will struggle to get even a portion of what is due - too many egos and politics involved. I guess in time (a lot of it) we will find out and in the meantime it will be onwards and downwards.
