A very important point the naysayers neglect to mention is that the SARS outbreak in China, combined with the Australian drought of 2003 (similar to our recent drought and fires), actually underpinned prices and improved profitability of meat and dairy industries as competition decreased and demand for quality basic food increased.
Medical practitioners universally state that the best defence against the coronavirus is to stay healthy and eat well. Food of respected and trustworthy providence becomes a highly desired quantity.
