Well then I ask you why would you want to be involved in a company whose management you dont even trust?
I think that is a pretty pessimistic view. At the end of the day, these guys own shares in the company and it is in the company's best interest to firm the sp as much as possible. Remember, the size of the company effects many things from the balance sheet to the availability of funds, cost of funds etc.
I highly doubt they are going to drive the sp down, particularly in this climate, just to get a few shares on the cheap for themselves or there mates. Once a stock falls out of favour, you cant put a time frame on when confidence will return.
Just my opinion, you may be right, but for the sake of shareholders and investor's in general, I really hope you're not!
