Not sure about Jones, if he has it wouldn't be through DeLacey.
It has been reported on more than one occasion that Talbot has held talks with Mittal stemming from his previous MCC holding. I'm sure somewhere along the line they have exchanged pleasantries on other business activities including SDL.
