There is no blame with this to anyone except the company. Attempting to release a "binding contract" without confirmation of payment???
They have blamed third parties for the duration of the companies existence and clearly even the toothless tiger, the ASX has seen enough of this kind of behaviour.You don't have a deal, don't release it to market, it's not hard.
The company had a MOU in place(another one) and then tried to rush the project out before the AGM. An AGM that would have otherwise been about the failures of this year's shiny things - tv2africa and Persis. Why not, it's worked for all these years with most still getting sucked in to the shiny new applications
