Your post above suggests the delays are due to JayPlus - not TV2. So Bret is a part of TV2, NOT JayPlus.....correct ?

How then could Bret have a contingency in place for JayPlus not raising the funds if he is not directly related to JayPlus? Does your post and his statements to you at the EGM suggest that he is in fact behind the JayPlus consortium ?? I am not sure how else one could interpret the information you have posted recently.....
