ISX released its Statement of Claim when they filed it, but seem to have gone silent over releasing the additional information requested by ASX (further and better particulars), filed by ISX on 30 January. I also suspect that the ASX's statement of defence will rely heavily on the draft report into ISX's suspension, which ISX have also kept to themselves.
And then there is the final report into the suspension, which ISX may already have.
This lawsuit was about why ISX were suspended. ISX would know that now as they have the draft report and may well have the final report now. If ISX wanted to release that information, just like they released their statement of claim, they would have. Instead they release info on other deals.
I would love to see the further and better particulars, as well as the defence, so hopefully that gets released. If it is in ISX's favour no doubt it will be released, but if not then it will be kept confidential (the current state of play).
