Yes our good friends ASIC that have the regulatory power required to bring plenty of justice and weight to any mediation.
I think that after all these short selling issues in the market over the past 18 months and the flack they have been taking, some examples have to be made.
ASIC need to show the market they have some teeth and will bite if they have to in protecting the consumers from poor market practices and regulatory oversight within licenced financial areas of operation.
