Good article. Does anyone know if there are any roasters still operating in Aust? Last I remember was the Gidgee roaster but I'm pretty sure that closed down about 15 years ago.
Lots of alternatives out there to roasting though and no indications I'm aware of yet that anything is refractory other than there having been a few issues in the Nullagine deposits.
