That's one of the things I don't like about this company. Management seem to hand themselves plenty of performance rights with the only criteria being the share price going up. And when the 18c rights lapsed at the end of last year, they issued 5he same number of rights at 14c. I'm all for management incentives but I'd like to see some additional criteria like turning a profit. Share price is too easy to manipulate and shouldn't be the focus IMO. 270% increase in losses in really concerning.
