.....they'd be hardly busting a gut to get news out at the moment......and i really think in light of the Corona virus MEL should put any thought of distributing BYEs on the back burner or indefinitely defer it.....that would be the prudent thing to do....if MAY need any money they could sell MELs on market or do a small cap rais and a buyback later if the BYEs ever get distributed......
