agreed... don't play with money you can't afford to lose... especially on spec stocks. Dissapointed shareholders IMO expect transparency and truthful announcements. As an investor, choosing to 'Invest' in a company that just announced a $40m deal sounds awesome! until it vanishes into thin air with half of your 'investment'. Again as an investor it's a risk you take, deals do fall through but not repeatedly to unknown foreign entities seemingly untraceable immediately prior to a CR every time!!
