Just wait a week or so ..before asserting bias in the minds of Opes Clients
You will find ANZ will either be impeached as the secured creditor on ASIC evidence
or ANZ will voluntarily disgorge the proceeds of it's alledged preferance by way of a innitial settlement offer
(ANZ will not admit liability) but settle regardless
Either way doesnt much matter to this observer
Getting back to Bias ..we have studied this case over and over..
Give some credit to our intelligence..
The second leg of "our" action will be tested by Beconwood commencing in some 11 days time
This will test M + or D plus U plus breach of duty of care plus breach of fiduciary duty plus fraud etc etc
