The MC is about $160m, and this seems reasonable given the data analytics trend it is part of. It is getting to around break even or should do soon. But as the CEO said new contracts take time and a lot of effort to win in the health sector and this showed in the 12% revenue increase in the half yearly. 12% is low for an early stage growth stock. Why was it only 12%, there is competition but I am not aware of their growth rates?
With early stage firms the share price reflects potential and there is plenty of that but other firms have that too. A lower growth rate can work as long as software contracts are renewed and new ones added. I guess some are impatient and not prepared to wait it out so sell.
What do others think? Have I got it wrong? Are they encouraged with a 12% revenue increase?
