Let me start by saying I currently own Ardea. I only purchased a couple of months ago.
What is the outcome expected by long term holders? I'm starting to question my own investment. Two years ago I purchased shares in a phosphorus mine and things were all going swimmingly. All the approvals kept coming through, there was plenty of product in a low cost retrieval method and all media and company reports were great. I assumed we would be in for the long ride all the way to a productive mine.
However then it was purchased by a larger investor and taken off the market. The shares doubled in value at the time. However I had purchased at the same value two years earlier so saw no loss, and no gain. From what I gather, this was because the initial company had nowhere near enough funding to take it through to production.
How is Ardea any different to this previous company I was a part of? (note I should have done my own research much earlier than now!).
