Management should introduce a new feature such as a full refund or no extra charge for cancellation or change of schedule for future bookings.This will give customers the confidence to book ahead without fear of losing money.It may cost the company some income but in the long-term will benefit the company.People would love to take advantage of the discounts forthcoming. Win win situation. This will an excellent opportunity to give Rezchain a good workout
