Zoleo - a great start

Further to the latest announcement yesterday, Food for though here...in the article, Myer said there are 2 Million shoppers visited the Litmus Lab each month.If we factor in a success rate of just 0.1% ( 1/10 of 1% ), that translate to 2000 units of sale per month !! I am happy with that !!

Further to Myers coming onboard, I expect more national large retailers to follow. On the 4G IoT routers, Beam has also signed an agreement with Leading Edge, a company with over 950 independent retail partners across Australia. If each store sells one unit per month ( that is not a big ask lol - if there don't, I don't know how these retailers survives ), that translate to 950 units per month !! I am also happy with that !!

At the current market cap of $12M, trading profitability, multiple discount valuation compares to its peers ( that was even before Zoleo was factor in), I am surprised that no one has yet launch a takeover IMO. I can only contribute the low sp and market cap due to the overall market sentiment with the Coronavirus. The company has already stated that it will not have any effects if any as they keep 6 months of inventory at all time plus Zoleo is manufactured in Malaysia.

Another issue I see why BCC is at such a low market cap is that it is still under Investor's radar. The company needs to do more in my view to let everyone know about their existence and what a great Australian product Zoleo is. Only a matter of time, the stock will be re-rated.

I am happy with my holding. Solid management, great products, recurring revenue coming from Zoleo soon and scaleable going global.. BCC JUST NEED TO PROMOTE THEMSELVES BETTER TO THE WIDER INVESTOR COMMUNITY !!
