The proposed motion of the meeting certainly calls for him to be out as a director, and will test his mettle whether he can handle the heat from the new Board to stay on.
Without doubt, the first thing which should be achieved is the security of the lease, having given back areas of least importance. If that has been achieved or, in hand, I would take that as a positive.
Still waiting to hear from someone what the item is under the constitution, forming the basis of the resolution for the annual general meeting.
