very good point. o-oh. SP is setting new lows. It does not make sense to subscribe at 16c when you can buy below on Market. surely, 14D has a plan b. Maybe a loan as they have no debt. despite $3m not being a lot of money in this context, they may struggle raising cash via the subscription based on where 14D are at. it does not send a positive message for existing external shareholders to hand over more money, when internal holders were selling relatively large share parcels, (i.e Tomlinson, I think).
