I have participated in probably 15 CPS placements in recent years and never lost on any. These guys structure deals in a way they get the heads and the options in the money and usually every time.

From past experience when the raise is structured like this the options usually are 2 to 3 times in the money fairly quickly.

All the big shareholders will take up their entitlement and those who can't be bothered will go to safe hands at Mahe and CPS. They don't sell stocks for 1 and 2 pips.
