    I don't think it makes good reading. Seems to be the same old stuff rehashed to sound good. We've been promised the same old stuff for 2-3 years and still nothing happening except the bank balance decreasing. The BoD doesn't seem to be effective - reduce it to 5 members as a start. And put the hierarchy on notice.
