Is it the one about Peter Cook and his board turning down the GSK 2006 $100M settlement offer with legal costs, the $75M offer with legal costs and then after burning $35M in legal costs settled for $20M and then blamed Peter Molloy for starting the legal case and LIED that the last offer was in 2006. Or is it my post on Peter Cook and his mates unrivalled brilliance in wealth creation? How executive remunerations ballooned while share holders wealth moved in the opposite direction. And Peter Cook’s 3 years of brilliant performance as Orbital Engine’s CEO taking OEC share price from around 70 cents to 10 cents.
