Another problem too is that when the market recovers bargain hunters won't immediately be looking at PPS to make quick money as there are so many better value beaten down shares to gobble up. While we can argue that PPS is undervalued Mr. Market thinks it's a dog at the moment so the road up is going to be a long and difficult one. Barring a takeover of course but even then the offer would be low ball at the current SP.
