My gut feel is you are right soft sales. the market is struggling with new technology uptake. Odour and air regulations and standard monitoring approaches dictate demand.
however Peter the Great has found a way to continue the expansion and uptake. The acquisition is a good fit on this front. Integrating technology for large institutional clients can achieve faster uptake and market acceptance. Hoping Coronavirus doesn’t affect airport traffic too much, otherwise this should come good 12-18 months.
