Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, THC Global Group Limited (THC Globalor the Company) requests atrading halt in the Company’s securities pending an announcement with respect to the receipt of an additional permit for the Company’s operationsgranted by the Australian Office of Drug Control. THC Global anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted on or before Tuesday, 3 March2020by provision of an announcement to the ASX with respect tothe receipt of the additional permit.The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
