GR,thats my sense of humor re telstra virus ie attracted to co's like tls.It may not be a great sense of humor.
My understanding of pexa is all property settlements are now electronic ie you no longer receive a 'paper title' unless requested and paid for .I believe pexa has the monopoly but as we both know having a monopoly these days will attract regulatory attention .This is going by my bad memory re pexa..
I hope you did not take my comments seriously re ptm post.But i did buy more ptm because i believe its good value especially pre ex div plus as posted its early days for me re this holding but so far i like their investments in asia which i believe will attract funds to manage which will result in increased fees and benson getting a sustainable nice div ?.
This is not to say sp will not reduce monday but i'm very happy with my position and div.
I believe tls is under pressure not just because of this (imo only short term virus concern) but because investors have concerns about management.
Also you mentioned tls diversity previously.Penn has some dry powder left when tls sells 49% of infraco,but as posted imo only i don't want current management making decisions on how to invest those proceeds.
GR,as posted the reason i only hold a hand full of shares is if nothing else i must understand,or try and understand every part of the co and why i'm holding the co as they refuse to let me sit in on board meetings.
Example,my little micro co reported this morning,i quickly read initial report
.but then i read following presentation where all was explained.
I find above is my way of dealing with a share market that is more than ready to take peoples savings,one way or another.
As posted imo only keep yr holdings to levels where u feel u r in control.
I think above makes sense.
