Following the announcement on the acquisition of the former Merlin Diamond Mine, the company is pleased to advise of the appointment of Dalkeith Corporate(Dalkeith) to provide high level advisory and equity market services to the Company.

Dalkeith is a resource-focussed finance group based in Melbourne, Victoria and has managed significant equity positions for a number of resource companies over the last four years. Dalkeith's principal, Mr David Walker is a former Executive Director of ABN AMRO Securities Australia, having extensive experience in the diamond sector, and is well known in Australian, European and North American equity markets. As part of the appointment, the company has agreed to issue to Dalkeith, 3m options to subscribe for fully paid shares, exercisable at 15c each on or before 30th November
2005.
