Good to see director buying, always helps to build confidence. Farooq Khan bought 100,000 at $0.775 last week.
Only thing is, Farooq had an unfair advantage buying a couple days just prior to the company announcement regarding the proposed buyback. Unlike those who paid mid eighties just after announcement I too could have bought in at $0.77 had I known about the buyback before hand.
Director would also be privy to when the company will be buying and how much they will be paying.
Regardless, buyback and director buying is goodnews.
