I agree. Lots of good things happening here but some fair issues too.
The scrip issued for the ZCS's could still hold the share price down.
The wages are way out of proportion. Company would be a lot closer to + NPAT if they were brought in line with company performance.
And the 50 million share bonus is a kick in the face to holders also while on that topic.
