Well it does seem they have low balled the offer. I suppose that is to be expected given the current state of things.

Like many other posters I am grieving the loss of time, opportunity and money but am happy that the nightmare is drawing too a close.

A counter offer is possible but not likely given
the circumstances.

Perhaps we can squeeze out a few more cents from the bastards as the acceptances rise

We have all been profoundly let down in the last year. We should have been listed on the NASDAQ by now and the company should have cash in its pocket. It’s a disgrace.
