I really understand your frustration that you are involved in a share that has been caught up in the OP fiasco, but moving forward, it would not be very unlikely that the porfolio's will be returned to their previous status by ANZ. This has really now come down to return of funds as at the 27th March as the AMSLA's for most clients were abanodoned and did not exist due to sec 51 of the trade practices act. You cannot net off a contract that has a defult notice clause if you were never party to an AMSLA contract to start with. OP's misrepresentations to most clients are compelling to say the least.
Hang in there, I am sure that your share will come good, have had those myself before, they can just spring to life when you least expect it.
