I do project management....
One of the biggest issues we face is change management. 17 cities is a huuuuge logistical effort for a 'trial'.
They must be pretty confident that they're going to get it done to go to that much trouble.
How do we find out which cities they're trialling it in? I will happily work out the population they're working with, if someone can post the cities.
