Your statement wasn't entirely correct. I''m sure you read a section below extracted from FY19 report, maybe forgot? I understand your frustration, we all do but not expecting much at current market conditions.
Sunnya's net profit was 30% in FY18/19. I expect profit will be increasing with increasing of sale volume. Undoubtedly, retails who currently selling Neurio products have high mark-up. I hope once Neurio becomes a 'big brand' in Chinese they would have more control over retail price, maybe opening our own retail store in Shanghai is a good start to set a controlled retail price. IMO
