    • Signed Letter of Appointment for TruScreen Distribution in Kuwait with
    Advanced Technology Company KSC. Minimum guaranteed sale for Q4
    2008 of 4 consoles, and for 2009 of 10 consoles.
    • Signed Letter of Appointment for TruScreen Distribution in Morocco with
    Agentis s.a.r.l. Minimum guaranteed sale for Q4 2008 of 3 consoles, and
    for 2009 of 10 consoles.
    • Signed Commitment letter for TruScreen distributor in Iran, Tasnim Gostar
    co. ltd
    • Commencement of TruScreen Training of Doctors and Staff at The
    “Ketem” – Institute for Prevention of Cancer. – The “Ketem” is a brand new
    hospital and is the head of another 51 cancer clinics throughout Turkey
