Good luck with your endeavours - if you are new to the game could I suggest you do a lot of research of basic concepts - Jan Sommers has two excellent books as have other authors in the finance sector of book stores - the Australian Property Investor is good too as a monthly magazine - can be subscribed to - most bank sites have loan repayment calculators as do the real estate sites - there are books on positve gearing - tax - so much out there that you can read in your own time - all the best!
