    AZA = 320 Million
    20% of 320 = 64
    ROC = 560 Million
    10% of 560 = 56

    PROCEDURE:
    56 + small cash exchange = 64 = 20% of AZA = the deal

    RESULT:
    My math isn't all that flash either.
