Its also possible that it is the holder of the 25M that was part of that 100M crossing (RAB took 75M) but which we have no idea where it went.

All be know is it looks like a nasty big order.

I cant see a rights issue seeing the light of the day but I could be wrong. Not much surprises me anymore on this stock. The vendors (they will be receiving 500M shares) of the project would need to step up for a very large piece of any rights issue and I just cant see them doing that.

Recon then placement is more likely but they will probably milk the options as much as they can first.
