Even if they drop the price our product does exactly the same as theirs but MUCH better. Good luck with that is what I would be telling them. It also gives the impression to customers that they have been ripping them off for years (because they could) as there was no competitor throwing in a decent challenge. Enter PNV, Exit Integra.
