Thanks for the post. I have never come across a shareholder who can determine a company as insolvent by a share price chart as opposed to looking at a companies financials, debt/credit facilities and CAB. Also taking into accont that there are no buyers in world markets at present. We have fearful selling upon us.

If you have a thought that ESI may deplete to 1c by Xmas, then this is still good in the current climate. But that thought contradicts your depletion in share price of over 300% ("collapse" plus incidental costs), or a "merger" If insolvent, why would someone engage into a merger?

Munnes, I beieve you are downramping on a struggling. borderline but progressive compmany. Please sit in a hole for a few days.
